6-Day Journey: From The Swiss Alps to the Boardroom
Day 1-5: Leysin Palace, SHMS Campus
YVC takes place in an exclusive location, the campus of the Swiss Hotel Management School, two hours from Geneva. The palace is perched high in the Swiss Alps with breathtaking panoramic views.
Day 6: Geneva, Start-up Competition
Students present their business ideas in Geneva, pitching to actual investors and receiving real feedback and networking opportunities.
The Youth Venture Camp
is an accelerator of personal growth and a launchpad
for professional life.
In six days set in an iconic Swiss Alps palace, students develop the soft skills that fuel careers, build a real business model from scratch and pitch it to actual investors in Geneva.
Nature and technology, combined into one experience, prepares young people for the world ahead.
MBA-Type Bootcamp Programme
These three treks ensure that students get everything needed to kick-start their professional life: personal skills, presentation skills, business acumen. We innovatie in the classroom experience, bringing the latest technologies like AI and VR, to make the experience fun and engaging.

Optional Ski Programme
An optional ski retreat is part of the experience. Students take professional ski lessons with the Ecole Suisse de Ski Leysin on world-class Alpine terrain — building physical confidence, resilience and team spirit.
