NextGen Sustainability
Innovation Weekend
Montreux, Switzerland
March 29th - 30th, 2025
Welcome to the NextGen Sustainability Innovation Weekend, a global networking event designed to drive sustainable transformation of businesses and societies.
The agenda is crafted to facilitate collaboration between researchers who innovate, business leaders who implement, and investors who accelerate the adoption of sustainable solutions and business models.
In partnership with INSEAD alumni and HIM Business School, the event offers transformative design thinking workshops and interactive panel discussions, empowering participants to integrate sustainability into their professional decision-making processes. It is finished with a networking BBQ to facilitate connections and celebrate mutual efforts.
We cannot shape sustainable future without involving future generations in the conversation! Which is why we are hosting the Youth Venture Camp that will run alongside the main event. A three-day venture builder offers high school and bachelor students mentoring, workshops, and a startup competition, culminating in Sunday’s final pitches on the main stage.
For big enthusiats of Swiss nature, we will finish the event with a three-day ski trip in Verbier!

Regulations won't change human behaviour - we need to lead sustainable transformation by example.
This is more than a retreat - it is an opportunity to join forces to create lasting impact and shape sustainable future together.
Day 1 focuses on transformative innovation workshops designed to help you rethink value creation and adopt a long-term perspective in decision-making. Insights from the day will contribute to a white paper outlining best practices for integrating sustainability into investment criteria and business practices.
Day 2 begins with collective brainstorming through engaging panel discussions with top CEOs and investors who lead sustainable transformation of their businesses. The highlight of the day is the final startup competition from the Youth Venture Camp, where the next generation of leaders will showcase their visionary ideas for sustainable business models. The day concludes with a celebratory networking BBQ - a chance to connect, reflect and honor the collective efforts of all participants.
